FWIW the NY papers are saying Stevie Franchise is running with the first team.

It also sounds like they'll deal someone before the start of the season

hey - I said Billups would be off the board by the end of the third, and he was. I didn't say that he would be ON the board in the third, necessarily. and yes, edgar is currently chewing on the chair that i'm sitting on. delicious!

Well not to give away too many spoilers about our Mock Draft, but we have Diaw going a little bit before Marbury and we had Billups taken at the end of the second round. So I don't know what BV was thinking when he said that about Chauncey. I think his new dog, Edgar (or Fredgar, as I like to call him) might've typed that.

You're saying Marbury is a pretty attractive risk in the late third or early 4th, but that Billups should be taken by the end of the third round.

I'd put a little more space between those two guys, since Billups is a much safer bet to have a great season.

I'd say Billups should be gone by the end of 2nd round, while Marbury is an attractive risk in late 4th round...

Would you pick first this year in standard 9 cat league: Marbury or Diaw?
