Regarless of the starter it looks like these guys are going to split time and neither of them will have value with 25 mpg. As for bibby, well, you'd have to assume it's a good thing, but i wouldn't move him very far up your rankings, if at all. After Redd, Charlie could be the 2nd offensive option and his ability to step outside could make him a Rasheed-lite.
