only problem with that is the guys that made the trade are like best friends and the guy that lost amare is 48.5 games back and 21 back of the playoff race, so he has nothing to win. he chose amare with the 4th pick in the draft. He has lost everyweek ( 2-13 or 1-14).

arpit, i don't know if that's necessarily "fair" but it's certainly not vetoable...

yep, denver is appropriate here, as is boston. the list goes on ... I wouldn't want to have any part of either of those team's big men right now.

good comparison of Martin to Hamilton. They're stats/styles are very similar. One other advantage of Martin's (aside from 3's) is that he gets more steals than Hamilton (1.4 to .9)

He also gets a better FG% (53% to 45%). Though it would be pretty historic if Martin could keep up that FG%. My guess is that the last SG to shoot 53% at a high volume was Jordan.

I wouldn't be surprised if Martin stays over 48% though. That's what we shot last year, before he even became so confident....

I wouldn't say that I necessarily advocated moving him, just that if someone offered me Terry for Martin I'd probably do it. I own Martin, as you all well know, and I'm not actively shopping him. I'm actually going to have much more on him Thursday if you can wait that long. But like I said before, think of him as Rip Hamilton with more 3s.

Care to share your brief updated outlook on Kevin Martin? You advocated moving him for a known fantasy asset like Jason Terry a couple of weeks ago. I assume that recommendation still holds? Would you advocate trading him for the likes of Raja Bell (in my opinion, the most underrated player in fantasy)?
