If Wade is gone for 6 weeks, I don't think any of his substitutes will benefit enough to warrant a fantasy spot in a 12-team league. Dorrell Wright, James Posey and Eddie Jones will benefit, but they're all inconsistent.

Shaq/J Dub/Kapono will probably have some added value. I say Shaq will benefit the most... they'll run most of the plays through him.

There's a lot of players, but my biggest bets are J-Will if he ever gets back. I was going to say Kapono, but teams are probably going to lock in on him now that the opposition doens't have to check Wade all the time.

I just keep talking to myself don't I? Last post for myself

The benefit of Kevin Martin is that he fits the makeup of my team, I dump two FT% killers in Biedrins/J-Rich, he'll likely take the deal because it's a great offer and I need Martin. I'm banking that Darko can make up for the lost FG/REB/BLK from Biedrins (Darko is my 5th PF/C) and losing J-Rich gives me only 1 SF on my team, and I was going to pick up Rudy Gay to bring a balance of players and all stats. Hoo boy!

Sorry to keep posting, but here's an idea:

I could try trading J-Rich straight up for Martin if he can get back to form, if not, trade Blake/J-Rich for Kevin Martin since that owner lacks assists. Jason Williams is a player I was going to drop Blake for anyway since J-Will gets a few more 3s and doesn't hurt my FT% unlike Blake.

It seems like my team is clearly moving in the FG/FT% zone so my only concern with that trade would be perhaps owning 1 bigman too many in Andris Biedrins.

Here's my team, I think I've finally built a near-perfect roster, 9 category H2H 12-man league.

PG Steve Nash
SG Ray Allen
G Chauncey Billups
SF Gerald Wallace
PF Carlos Boozer
F Al Jefferson
C J.O'Neal
C Andris Biedrins
Util Brandon Roy
Util Darko Milicic
BN J-Rich
BN Head
BN Blake

I got rid of LeBron for Nash, had to also throw-in Delonte West for the deal to go through (he was uber adamant on keeping Nash, believe it or not but had to bargain him down to accepting LeBron/Delonte-->Nash).

I've offered J-Rich/Delonte West/Nene in hopes of landing Kevin Martin but the guy won't budge. I've now lost Delonte West, dropped Nene for Darko and my only real tradeable assets are Andris Biedrins and J-Rich. In this scenario, should I pull the trigger?

JJ - Absolutely not! J-Rich is supposedly 100% and will return to action tonight. He could easily outperform Martin the rest of the season. Plus Biedrins is a beast in boards, blocks, and FG%.
You'd be giving up way too much.
