What do you all think about Yao? I'm in a pretty competitive H2H league, and it just got better considering one of the weaker playoff bound teams picked up Delonte West and Darko Millic, both whom were on my team at some point this season (just not enough roster spots nor owners willing to do 2 for 1 trades).

However, Rudy Gay is left and still is putting up pretty good numbers...might be a good pickup for my team. What do you guys think. My team is pretty solid overall, though I was looking forward to Yao's production in points/percentages/rebounds and blocks. O-rebounds is my worst category and it is a H2H league.

If Yao would be ready for fantasy playoffs then I'd be fine...eh, what do you guys take on the situation.

The Mike James pickup / Livingston drop was a speculative move. I was hoping that 3-team deal would go down, sending Bibby to Cleveland and Mike James to Sac-town. Unfortunately no one wanted to pull the trigger and all those trade rumors fizzled.

Kidd and Carter are also staying put... The Lakers didn't want to part with Bynum and Orlando was not interested in paying a hefty price for Vince's expiring contract.
Did you all hear that Kidd has a cracked rib that was not disclosed until after the trade deadline passed? He missed the two games before the break and was 2 for 14 from the floor in his return to the lineup on Wednesday. Kidd is questionable again for tonight's game and starting to worry his owners.

dave, hold wade until a) he makes a decision on surgery and/or b) there's someone on the wiaver wires you just can't live without. odds are he's not going to have any value for you over the rest of the year but don't drop him jsut for the sake of dropping him...

So Wade- Drop or hold.

Just to make sure we are on the same page - I have 4 weeks (not including this one) left in the season and then playoffs. H2H league.
I don't play Roto so I don't know what the ramifications are there.

Without Wade for the next 4 weeks I will still make the playoffs, but I will not win the first week of playoffs without Wade.

If they're saying minimum 6 weeks surgery.....

I think Wade won me PTS/FTM/FT%/Asts/steals every week. Without him those categories are all up for grabs....A guy that I'm thinking about picking up is Ridinour to help with maybe the assists....
