Just traded Crawford for Okur...thoughts anybody?
I need rebounds, and he gets more than Crawford and puts up a better FG%.

Assuming Okur gets back to form, it would seem that I made out alright, doesn't it?

Kevin,

First off, you can try with that trade but I doubt it'll be accepted. Pierce/Howard/Ford are much superior to Deron/Gay/Bynum.

What I'm concerned about in your team is the lack of big men. You have a LOT of PGs on your team, but no decent big men outside of Okur.

My strategy for H2H is to load up on centers and PGs for the first four rounds (not always possible due to your draft position) and then fill out the roster appropriately. With your lineup you really don't have a change to ever win TOs, FG%, REBs or BLKS but you should always win STLs, ASTs, FT% and 3PTM. It pretty much comes down to points for you it seems.

What do you guys think about Pau Gasol's value as the season progresses. I have been very disappointed in him and want to know if he is a buy low candadate or a sell fake low.

Any help?

alright so on my team i’ve got

iverson
kobe
deron
felton
rondo
bynum
horford
rudy gay
andray blatche
matt carroll
antonio daniels
mehmet okur
louis williams

I’m currently 10th out of 14 in a 9 cat standard H2H league.
I feel as if i need to do something to shake up my roster so here’s the trade that i’ve been contemplating

Deron + Gay + Bynum
For
Pierce + Josh Howard + Ford

my strongest cats are pts, assists, and steals,
i’m in the middle of the pack in FG%, FT%, 3ptm and blocks
and i’m almost dead last in reb and TO’s

I was hoping this trade would bring my FG% and FT% up without giving up much in steals and assists, which should give me at least 5 cats every week

What do you guys think?

I don't think that any of those trades are realistic. Davis, Billups and Martin are all top-30 talent, and perhaps top-20 depending on their play and health throughout the season.

I don't see Durant getting above 50 APR and Bogut 75 APR.

In trades you generally want the best player back in the trade. Yours are completely lopsided and the only way someone would bite is if they were absolutely desperate for a center, though they could do better by dangling one of those elite guards.

For those kind of players you should lower your sites to a lower player like a Rudy Gay or Ricky Davis, which are not elite talent but better than what you're starting right now in Grant Hill.
