I have a pending trade of Stephen Jackson and Ronnie Brewer in return, I get Gilbert Arenas and Elton Brand.

I'm starting to have second thoughts about this trade since having it sit there for a couple days before the guy finally pulled the trigger.

I'm leading my league, but on average about 8-9 games ahead of schedule in each position (11 on PG, 5 on C), people are gaining on me in 3PTM and I need to keep my assists and steals up. My fear is I lose position now, and won't get to enjoy much of Arenas and Brand's production when they do return and actually could hurt me in the long run.

Veto my own trade?

Well it's nice to see people coming out the woodworks to give some positive encouragement to get off my ass and start providing some updates. I'm extremely busy with a paper and three midterms in next 48 hours, but after that I'll have lots of time for fantasy analysis...though I realize having the "newest" content is always the best.

Anyways, I'll try and figure out what the other posters are up to and keep you updated. I enjoy this site just as much as you all do too!

I agree. I used to come here a lot. The writing is good. The advice is solid. You could count on these guys to be on top of the latest developments with their two cents. This year I rarely come back because there's nothing helpful here. The idea of a blog is that you update it every couple of days at the least. Even if it's one paragraph of pure guesswork, opinion, or ranting.

6 posts in January and none so far in February doesn't cut it.

Yeah guys, I've been following this site religiously since the 06-07 season when I first found this blog. Wish there were more updates, the content here is really good stuff.

I'm not really sure what the two main authors have been up to. I agreed to do a weekly entry a couple of months back, and have struggled to contribute that much due to school/work and other activities. I'll try to get an idea of exactly what is going on with the other guys and hopefully we can be on track soon, but yeah I realize this site has been pretty slow for the past month.

Yeah, I was throwing them a bone earlier in the season when updates weren't as plentiful as last year, but it has gotten a little ridiculous. They're clearly not doing it for the money, so it's a little hard to complain - but the lack of updates are killing this blog. It has a decent readership for the niche that it is - I'd like to see them take on a couple of more writers to keep it going.

I gotta say the decline of this blog is pretty sad. Last year I checked it daily, and there was always good fantasy info brom both the authors and a number of fairly active commenters. This year a weekly check is more than enough, and (unsurprisingly) the comments have all but dried up.

We're right in the middle of the season, we've got major fantasy-relevant trades going on, and I'm still seeing Randy Foye news at the top of the page?

Guessing, I'll say yes. The answer is DEFINITELY yes for Nazr and probably for Josh Boone.

The last Memphis game is a small sample size, but Darko did go for 14/16. Seeing as Memphis's coach comes from Phoenix, it's likely we'll see a small-ball starting lineup for the rest of the year with Rudy Gay at PF and Darko at C.

Furthermore, if the anticipated trade of Stro Swift happens to the Nets, then NJ just got another capable big man while Memphis got back a better contract. All in all, I see Darko's minutes increasing as much as he can handle to stay on the floor. Also, Boone might lose some PT to Swift or Krstic if he ever comes back. I don't love any of these three guys at the minute, but Boone and Darko project out the best IMO.
